Refund policy

EXCHANGE OR RETURN
While most items can be returned for a refund or replacement ,customer needs to inform Babypattu support within a 03-day return window, return policies may be different across product categories. In case of a wrong order or defective product, you can return the product to us and we will send you the exact or suitable replacement. You can email us at support@babypattu.com. Please make sure the product is the same condition as delivered with the bill and price tag, failing which, we will not be able to accept the return.

REFUND
Incase of refund, refund for the return orders will be processed only after receiving the product at our warehouse and completing the quality check. After that refund will be processed with 01 to 15 days, which depends upon mode of payment.

RETURN SHIPMENT
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For more enquiries on return shipment customer can contact our help desk.

CANCELLATION
In case you change your mind about a product you ordered previously, you can cancel the order within 03 hours of placing the order. Just send us an email to support@babypattu.com .
